• Organisation name, if you give it
• Tool used today for email and documents
• Team size
• Agreement to test Mezigo and to be contacted
• Website language at sign-up
• Sign-up and confirmation dates

Your IP address is not stored. A hash of it is used for one hour at most to limit abusive sign-ups.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used only to tell you when Mezigo opens and, if you agreed, to invite you to test the service and talk with us about it. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention period

• Unconfirmed sign-up: deleted after 30 days.
• Confirmed sign-up: kept until you unsubscribe, and at most 3 years after our last exchange.

Recipients and hosting

Only Ramaje Studio has access to this data. It is hosted in France by OVHcloud; confirmation emails are sent by o2switch, in France. It is never sold, shared, or transferred outside the European Union.

Audience measurement

This website uses Plausible, a European cookie-free analytics tool that collects no personal data. The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data. Every Mezigo email contains an unsubscribe link that deletes your data immediately. For any other request: contact@mezigo.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
