You connect your Google account
Your Google Workspace administrator lets Mezigo read your data for the duration of the migration.

Mezigo moves everything
Email, files, calendars, contacts and sharing. Google documents are converted to open formats that Word, Excel and PowerPoint can also open.

Your team gets back to work
Same screen layout, same keyboard shortcuts. A report shows what was moved and what changed.
Automated migration, end to end
The administrator of your Google account starts the migration; Mezigo does the rest, with no technician. The most recent data arrives first, so your team can work while the history finishes arriving. The one day covers up to 30 GB per user on average; beyond that, the time needed is calculated when you sign up.

Every mailbox, group addresses included. Gmail labels become folders, and new mail keeps arriving during the copy.

Your Drive and its folders. Docs, Sheets and Slides are converted to open formats, and sharing is carried over with the same permissions.

A switch with nothing lost
A final copy after the switch, then, for 7 days, mail still arriving at Gmail is forwarded to Mezigo.

European, end to end
American companies are subject to American law, which can force them to hand data to their authorities, even when it is stored in Europe (CLOUD Act). At Mezigo, none of your data is entrusted to an American company: it stays under European or Swiss law.

The European Union recognises Switzerland as offering equivalent data protection. Providers planned at launch; any change will be announced to you 30 days in advance.

Mezigo installs and runs this software itself: it is not a service of the French State or of the software's publishers. The only exception to the European rule: during the migration, Mezigo reads your data at Google to copy it; this access is removed as soon as the migration ends.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a technician?
No. Your Google account administrator follows a guided process: choosing users, connecting the Google account, setting up the domain name. Mezigo does the rest.
What happens to my data at Google?
Mezigo copies, it deletes nothing. Your data stays at Google until you close your account. Mezigo's access to your Google account is removed after the migration.
Does email keep arriving during the migration?
Yes. New email arrives as usual during the copy. For 7 days after the switch, any email still arriving at Gmail is forwarded to Mezigo.
Will my team have to learn everything again?
No. Screens are laid out like Google Workspace and keyboard shortcuts are the same. A help page shows where each feature is.
How is Mezigo different from other European suites?
Other suites keep the layout of their own software, and their migration is limited to an import tool or relies on someone doing it for you. Mezigo moves everything without a technician, in one day, to screens laid out like Google Workspace, and gives you a report of what changed.
What can't be moved?
Google Forms, to be rebuilt with Mezigo's forms, Apps Script scripts and a few functions specific to Google Sheets. The final report lists them one by one.
Can I leave Mezigo?
Yes, at any time and at no cost. You export all your data in open formats from the admin console.
